A 15% Discount is available using the code BLKTIE for all reservations made during the Group Dates of 5/13/2026 through 5/18/2026. Please CALL the hotel directly for the group rate (302-227-4300).

• A 2-night minimum is required for the Group Rate

• The rate code is active

• Group Rate availability will end on 4/1/2026, six weeks before arrival

• There is a 7-day cancellation on individual reservations

• 1st night room rate and tax are taken as deposit at time of booking

• Cancellations will be refunded the deposit less a $25 processing fee
